⚶ Life Is Already a Mystery School
Throughout human history, certain containers have existed where transformation happens not through study but through direct experience. No one is handed a syllabus.
They undergo initiation. The work is personal and collective at once — undertaken in the body, through sustained practice, in the company of others doing the same. What these traditions understood is that the teaching isn't somewhere outside of us. It's already here, in the body, unfolding all around us all the time.
Seen this way, nothing is random. What changes is not what happens, but how we meet it. The difficult conversation becomes an initiation. A personal trigger becomes a question worth living into. A relationship becomes a mirror for what's ready to move. And once we begin to see life like this, it only deepens. We can't unsee it.
Many of us sense that there is something larger at play — that we are more architect than passenger. Some of us have been living this way for years, often alone, often without language for it.
The Embodied Leadership Journey is a space for us to come together. Not to teach something life isn't already teaching, but to deepen our capacity to be with it — and to do so alongside others who are listening and living in the same way.
⚶ What We Mean by Leadership
The word often brings to mind hierarchy or ambition. For us it means something simpler: taking responsibility for our own lives. The willingness to shape change rather than wait for it, to speak truth when silence feels safer, and to stay present when it would be easier to turn away.
This kind of leadership has nothing to do with titles. It begins when we lead our own lives with honesty, courage, and care and we find the place where our natural authority emerges — quiet, grounded, and unmistakable.
⚶ What We Mean by Embodied
In a world that pulls us into abstraction — through culture, speed, and technology — coming back into the body becomes essential.
Our bodies are instruments of intelligence, connected to the cycles of the earth.
They are our compass —continuously sensing what is true and what is aligned.
Every ancestral pattern, learned defense, and survival compromise lives in our tissues. And so does the possibility for something new. Transformation happens when new ways of being take root in the body — when our nervous systems begin to feel safe again, and we remember what it is to be fully alive.
⚶ How the Year Unfolds
The Embodied Leadership Journey is a twelve-month commitment to ourselves — and to the community we are creating together. It asks each of us to show up honestly, to stay when it gets uncomfortable, and to let ourselves be changed by what
we find.
If you love growing, learning, and engaging with the mystery of your own life,
this will feel like a welcome home.
The year moves through four pillars — Desire, Will, Truth, and Wisdom.
Each one builds on the last. Each one asks something different of us.
Desire is where we begin. We get quiet enough to hear what we actually want — and give ourselves permission to name it.
Will is where we move toward it — and discover what we're made of along the way.
Truth is where we pause, look honestly at what happened, and let what we've learned settle.
Wisdom is where it lands in the body and becomes part of who we are. Then the cycle begins again from there.
By the end of the year, you're living differently — not because someone taught you something new, but because you've become someone new. And you've done it alongside people who speak the same language, because they've also walked this path.
⚶ The Community You're Joining
Dreaming in Unison is a community forming around a simple recognition: we are a species designed for relationships, and we haven't yet learned how to do it — not at the scale the world is asking of us.
What connects us isn't geography, culture, or background. It's something harder to name. We are people who feel called to create, to build, to engage with the challenges of our time — and who know that doing it alone isn't working.
We've taken our lives into our own hands. We know that's both a privilege and a responsibility. And we've come to understand that real impact doesn't come from individual effort — it comes from learning to move from “I” to “We.”
The Embodied Leadership Journey is our foundation — a shared rite of passage that creates common ground, common language, and a common understanding of what it means to lead. It's where everyone in this community begins.
Beyond the journey, a larger ecosystem is taking shape: programs for couples, for teams and organizations, land-based gatherings, dedicated women's work, and technology being co-created to help communities coordinate and govern themselves in new
ways.
Cohort 2 begins October 2026. You'll be joining a community that already has shared language, lived experience, and has been walking together for 6 months. Everyone you meet inside is walking the same path.
Completion grants lifetime membership in the Dreaming in Unison community.
⚶ How It Works
The program weaves into your existing life — it doesn't ask you to leave it. Some months feel spacious and exploratory. Others ask for discipline and sustained commitment. The rhythm itself is part of the learning.
Mighty Networks is our online home — where content unfolds step by step through videos, written guides, and embodiment practices.
But Dreaming in Unison is more than a program. It's a living community,
and it's not only a space for learning but for participation. You're welcome to bring your projects, your work, and the communities you're part of — to share them, find support, and co-create with others.
We gather live twice a month on video — once to reflect, and once to meet around what is alive in the group.
We're also co-creating tools and technologies designed to help communities find their shared voice, exchange resources, and make decisions together without hierarchy.
This work is still early, and the community itself is shaping it.
One-on-one guidance from Cohort 1 participants is available for those who want it.
